One to One.

Private programmes, bespoke strength and mobility work built for your goals.

The strains of modern living are persistent. Something that turns up every day doesn't respond well to occasional attention, so the work has to be repeated and it has to be aimed at the right thing. Sometimes that needs individual attention.

We work with people carrying persistent tightness in the hips, the neck or the shoulder. People getting back to lifting, or running, or the floor, after a long pause. And people who've been signed off by a physio and don't want to end up back there.

Programmes start from four weeks.

How the four weeks run

  • The Capacity Check. We start with our own diagnostic across range, control, breath and load, plus a conversation about what you actually want to be able to do. Everything after this is built from what it finds.

  • Four sessions, in person. One a week. Testing, then the work, then teaching you to run it yourself.

  • Four check-ins. One between each session. What's happening, what's hurting, what needs changing before next week.

  • A written programme. Yours to keep, with the drills, the dose and the reasoning, so it still makes sense in six months.

  • A retest and recommendations. The Capacity Check again at the end, side by side with the first one, and a straight conversation about what to do next.

What the Capacity Check is

A structured assessment we built to give a number to things that usually get described in adjectives. Range in each direction, how much of that range you can produce under your own control, how you breathe at rest and under load, and how you recover.

It exists so progress is demonstrable. You get both sets of results to keep, whether or not you carry on with us.

What people bring us

Persistent tightness that classes never quite reach. A back that's fine until it isn't. Hips that stop a squat at halfway. Breathing that sits high in the chest all day. Returning to training after illness, surgery or a long gap. If it involves the body, the breath or attention, it's in scope. If it needs a doctor or a physio first, we'll tell you rather than take the booking.

What it costs

£360 for the four-week programme, in person or online.

That includes the Capacity Check, the four sessions, the check-ins, the written programme and the retest.

Four weeks is enough time to change what you can do in a session, but eight weeks is enough to change what you can do on your own.

If you still have any questions, or would like to know more

The honest limit

Four weeks is enough to change what you can do and to hand you a practice you can run. It isn't enough to undo fifteen years of sitting. Most people who finish a block and keep the practice see more change in the three months after it than during it, which is totally expected.

We teach. We don't treat, diagnose, or work in place of medical care.
